Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Roll Pro, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-made roller shutters and outdoor blinds with personal service and attention to detail. Because our products are made-to-measure for each customer, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure transparency.

🔹 Cancellations

  • Before Final Measurement or Production:
    You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the initial deposit and before the final site measure or production has commenced.

  • After Final Measure or During Production:
    Orders cancelled after the site has been measured and production has started are non-refundable, as materials are custom-made to your specifications.

  • Post-Installation:
    Once products are installed, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless covered by warranty (see below).

🔹 Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available unless:

  • The product is defective or not as described.

  • There is a manufacturing fault or installation error on our part.

In these cases, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund the faulty item in line with Australian Consumer Law.

🔹 Change of Mind

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your custom order is in production.

🔹 Warranty & Repairs

All our products are covered under a standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues after installation, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve them promptly.
